Loudspeaker: Women doing politics - Cycle of interviews with Argentine Females Journalists

In October 2019, the series of interviews "Loudspeaker: women doing politics" was held at the headquarters of the Foro del Sur Foundation. Communicators who are part of Periodistas Argentinas (Argentine Female Journalists) participated in it, interviewing candidates for different positions in the following elections, all from different political spaces.

The first interviewee was the then candidate for Vice Governor of the City of Buenos Aires, Gisela Marziotta. The next were the candidates Myriam Bregman, Graciela Camaño, Romina Del Plá and Ofelia Fernández.

Claudia Acuña, founder of MU magazine and member of Periodistas Argentinas, remarked that this meeting contributes to the visibility of the work of many journalists in the political sphere, and that such work does not have to be limited to gender issues. In other words, the topics covered by the journalists and the candidates must also cover others such as health, economy and security.
